1. Nature of the content

Content about law, standards, checklists and articles is for reference and learning only. It is not legal advice, does not replace official texts issued by authorities or standard owners, and does not guarantee audit outcomes. Chinese/English translations may not yet be reviewed by legal experts; the original Vietnamese text prevails.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secret.
• Member accounts can comment; editing and publishing are reserved for administrators.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Comment rules

• No unlawful, abusive, promotional or spam content, and no personal data of others.
• Do not post confidential company or customer information or audit results you are not entitled to share.
• Administrators may hide or delete violating comments.

4. Intellectual property

Legal normative documents are in the public domain. Names and documents of standards (BSCI, SMETA, ISO…) belong to their respective owners; this website only summarises and cites them. Articles, checklists and editorial work produced by this website may be used inside your organisation; do not resell or republish them in bulk without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We work to keep content accurate and current but are not liable for losses arising from using it without checking the original texts or seeking expert advice.
